So although we are 4 days away from departure, I just said goodbye to my parents and I have realized that I have never been away for this long before! I'm so excited, but part of me is a little nervous (and though I hate to admit it, a little homesick already). It's time to be a big girl and get ready for a trip of a lifetime. Dre and I were talking about it getting more real with each passing day, I can almost smell the french bread baking. This picture is one that I took of my favorite building in Paris, the opera building. Its so gorgeous, and I cant wait to go back! I just bought a book called "Not Built in a Day" and its all about Rome architecture. ITS INSANE THAT WE WILL SEE ALL OF IT! The author also talks about "the best ice cream in Italy"... definitely gonna hit that up, and its located a block away from the Pantheon.
Isn't it funny that people over there give directions like, "oh... take a right at The Pantheon, if you hit the Colosseum, you have gone to far".
